The Union Budget 2023 envisages development of India during the Amrit Kaal by enablingTechnology and Knowledge driven economy. The dedicated efforts in creating Intellectual Property will lead and strengthen India's role in the world economic order. To achieve this, 'Jan Bhagidari' through 'Sabka Saath Sabka Prayas' is essential. The office of CGPDTM in association with Sanrachna Foundation has launched the, IP Manthan. Discussions are being organised under the IP Manthan to encourage IP fraternity to discuss on various aspects of Intellectual Property and innovations which are related to societal, economic and cultural development of the country.In the view of the above, we are planning to organise a virtual brainstorming discussion on “Budget 2023 - Vision for Amrit Kaal: Enabling Technology and Knowledge driven Economy”. The discussion will be chaired by Prof. Unnat. P. Pandit, CGPDTM, and will feature insightful discussion by learned panelists such as Mr. V. Lakshmikumaran.
